Course
Description : The course content provides an integrated approach
to the theoretical & practical aspects of Biotechnology. The first
syllabi forms a firm foundation in basic sciences with an orientation
towards the enabling technology. These subjects includes Botany, Zoology,
Microbiology, Bioinstrumentation, Computer Science, Biostatistics.
The idea is to provide a good amount narrowing of all these important
subjects towards Biotechnology.
The second year deals with Biochemistry in detail & introduction to Plant, Animal, Microbial & environmental Biotechnology.
The third year syllabi involves detail theoretical & practical orientation towards Genomics, Proteomics, Tissue Culture & environmental management. A separate module in scientific English also goes along with these meticulously designed syllabi.
Eligibility: 10 + 2 level examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, & Biology, with a minimum of 60 % marks.

Last Date of Submitting Application Forms : 22th June 2013
Display of First Merit List: 24th June 2013
Admission Processing Fees : Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundree only)
Instructions : Download and print the form. Fill the form by hands. Draw a DD of Rs. 300/- from a Nationalised bank. The DD should be in favour of 'The Principal, VPASC College ' and payable at Baramati. Please write the name of candidate and Telephone No/ Mobile No.overleaf (back of DD).
